My Vision for Palmer Lake

Financial Strength

Accounting for every tax dollar. Planning for the long term. Transparency in finances.

A strong community starts with a strong financial foundation. I am committed to responsible budgeting, transparent spending, and protecting Palmer Lake's fiscal health for generations to come.

Key Commitments

  • Maintain and grow the town's financial reserves to weather unexpected challenges.

  • Conduct regular, transparent budget reviews that are open to public input.

  • Pursue grants and regional partnerships that reduce the burden on local taxpayers.

  • Ensure every major expenditure is evaluated for its long-term return on investment.

Improve the Town’s Infrastructure

Roads, sidewalks, parks, and hiking trails—built and maintained the right way.

Palmer Lake’s infrastructure is the backbone of daily life. In partnership with town staff, I will prioritize a systematic, well-funded approach to upgrading our roads, sidewalks, street lighting, signage, and bike paths—making Palmer Lake safer and more livable for everyone.

  • Prioritize road repairs and resurfacing in the most heavily used and deteriorated corridors.

  • Expand and repair sidewalk networks to improve pedestrian safety across town.
